2.2. Registration of Account

10.2. You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer or encumber in any manner whatsoever any of your rights or obligations under the Terms.

10.3. In case you encumber any of your rights under the Terms, you shall forfeit all your rights under the Terms towards us.

10.4. In case by law, or by decision of a court the transfer of your rights and/or obligations is deemed legal, all withdrawals shall be done through the same payment method and payment details chosen by you when placing a deposit, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation.

11. COMPLAINTS
